Sindal Technology International Limited is a limited company incorporated and registered in Hong Kong. Its registered office is in Tai Po, New Territories, and its full registered particulars are set out at the foot of this page.

Sindal writes software and operates it as a subscription service for the businesses that use it. GrowOS is the company's first product. Sindal is the legal entity behind it, and the company is organised so that further products can stand alongside GrowOS rather than inside it.

Sindal is not a new name. The company was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2006 and has traded under its present name since 2007. For most of the years since, its business was hardware: microwave and radio-frequency equipment for satellite television, and the engineering and testing behind it. Sindal has left that field. Its work today is the software-as-a-service business described on this page.

The product

GrowOS

GrowOS is a software-as-a-service platform that helps a small business plan, produce and publish its own marketing. It is built for merchants who run a real shop and have no marketing team to hand the job to: the owner gives the direction and supplies the material, and GrowOS does the work around it.

GrowOS is meant to be used the way a marketing department is used, not the way an AI tool is used. The owner describes what they want in their own words and makes the business decisions; there are no prompts to write, no models to choose and no settings to tune. Marketing is the first capability GrowOS provides, and the platform is built so that other business capabilities can follow it.

GrowOS is developed and operated by Sindal Technology International Limited.

  • Who it is for

    Independent merchants with a shop of their own. The first version is built around hair salons and fashion stores, and it is written for owners who have no marketing staff.

  • What it produces

    Promotional images, short videos and the copy that goes with them, made from the owner's own photographs, services and directions.

  • Who stays in charge

    The owner. GrowOS proposes and produces; nothing is treated as finished, and nothing is published, until the owner accepts it.

How the work moves

Four steps, and the owner decides at every one of them

  1. You give the direction

    You say what you want to promote and supply your own photographs and material.

  2. GrowOS prepares the work

    It works out what is needed, comes back to you where a business fact has to be confirmed, produces the images, video and copy, and checks the result before showing it to you.

  3. You accept it

    You look at the finished piece and either accept it or ask for changes. Accepting means you are satisfied with it. It does not publish anything.

  4. It goes out on your own accounts

    When you choose to publish, GrowOS posts the accepted piece to the Facebook Page and Instagram account you connected. Each publication is a separate confirmation by you.

GrowOS does not invent your prices, your services or your promises. A business fact has to be confirmed by you before it can appear in anything GrowOS produces.

Meta platforms

How GrowOS works with Facebook and Instagram

On Meta's platforms the application is listed as GrowOS AI Marketing and the business is listed as Sindal Technology International Limited. They are the same company: Sindal is the legal entity, GrowOS is the product it operates.

A merchant connects their own Facebook Page and Instagram professional account to GrowOS through Meta's standard authorisation flow. Nothing is connected without the merchant granting permission first.

The Instagram account has to be a professional account — Business or Creator — linked to a Facebook Page that the owner administers. A personal Instagram account cannot be connected, because Meta's API does not make personal accounts available to applications.

Once connected, and acting on the merchant's instructions, GrowOS:

  • produces marketing content — images, short videos and accompanying text — from the merchant's own materials and directions;
  • publishes that content to the merchant's own Facebook Page and Instagram account on their behalf;
  • reads the comments and direct messages received on those accounts, and replies to them on the merchant's behalf.

The connected accounts remain the merchant's property. A merchant can withdraw GrowOS's access at any time from their Facebook or Instagram settings, or by asking us to disconnect it. When access is withdrawn we stop receiving new data from Meta and delete the stored access tokens.

GrowOS is not an advertising network. It does not buy, sell or broker access to anyone's social media account or audience data, and it does not use the data it receives from Meta for advertising targeting.

Is “GrowOS AI Marketing” the same company as Sindal Technology International Limited?

Yes. Sindal Technology International Limited is the company. GrowOS is the product it develops and operates, and GrowOS AI Marketing is the name the application is listed under on Meta's platforms.

Will GrowOS post something to my accounts without my approval?

No. Every piece of work is shown to you first and is only finished when you accept it, and publishing an accepted piece to a connected account is a separate confirmation by you.

What kind of Instagram account do I need?

A professional account — Business or Creator — linked to a Facebook Page on which you have administrator access. Personal Instagram accounts cannot be connected.

Can I disconnect GrowOS later?

Yes, at any time, either from your own Facebook or Instagram settings or by asking us to disconnect the account. Your Page and your Instagram account remain yours throughout.

Does Sindal sell my data or my customers' messages?

No. We do not sell personal data, we do not transfer it to data brokers, and we do not use your business content or your customers' messages to advertise to anyone.

工作如何進行

  1. 你給方向

    你說明想推廣甚麼，並提供自己的相片與素材。

  2. GrowOS 準備工作

    它理解需要甚麼，遇到需要確認的商業事實會回頭問你，然後製作圖片、影片與文案，並在交給你之前先檢查成果。

  3. 你接受

    你看過成品，選擇接受或要求修改。接受代表你認可這件作品，但不等於已經對外發布。

  4. 發布到你自己的帳戶

    當你決定發布時，GrowOS 把已接受的作品發到你連接的 Facebook 專頁與 Instagram 帳戶。每一次發布都要你另行確認。

GrowOS 不會自行編造你的價格、服務或承諾。商業事實必須經你確認，才可以出現在 GrowOS 的產出之中。

GrowOS 如何使用 Facebook 與 Instagram

在 Meta 平台上，應用程式名為 GrowOS AI Marketing，商業帳戶名為 Sindal Technology International Limited。兩者是同一間公司：Sindal 是法人實體，GrowOS 是它營運的產品。

商戶透過 Meta 的標準授權流程，把自己的 Facebook 專頁與 Instagram 專業帳戶連接到 GrowOS。未經商戶授權，不會連接任何帳戶。

Instagram 帳戶必須是專業帳戶（Business 或 Creator），並已連結一個由老闆本人具備管理員權限的 Facebook 專頁。個人 Instagram 帳戶無法連接，因為 Meta 的 API 不向應用程式提供個人帳戶。

連接之後，GrowOS 按商戶的指示：

  • 以商戶自己的素材與指示製作行銷內容——圖片、短片及配套文案；
  • 代商戶把內容發布到其自己的 Facebook 專頁與 Instagram 帳戶；
  • 讀取該等帳戶收到的留言與私訊，並代商戶回覆。

已連接的帳戶仍屬商戶所有。商戶可隨時在 Facebook 或 Instagram 的設定中撤回 GrowOS 的存取權，亦可要求我們解除連接。存取權撤回後，我們不再從 Meta 接收新資料，並刪除已保存的 access token。

GrowOS 並非廣告聯播網。它不會買賣或中介任何人的社交媒體帳戶或受眾資料，也不會把從 Meta 取得的資料用於廣告投放定位。

是。星德科技國際有限公司是公司主體；GrowOS 是它開發及營運的產品，而 GrowOS AI Marketing 是該應用程式在 Meta 平台上使用的名稱。

GrowOS 會未經我批准就發文到我的帳戶嗎？

不會。每一件工作都會先交給你過目，經你接受才算完成；把已接受的作品發布到已連接的帳戶，需要你另行確認。

我需要哪一種 Instagram 帳戶？

專業帳戶（Business 或 Creator），並已連結一個你具備管理員權限的 Facebook 專頁。個人 Instagram 帳戶無法連接。

之後可以解除連接嗎？

可以，隨時。你可以在自己的 Facebook 或 Instagram 設定中撤回，也可以要求我們解除連接。你的專頁與 Instagram 帳戶自始至終都屬於你。

星德會出售我的資料或顧客的訊息嗎？

不會。我們不出售個人資料，不會轉移給資料經紀，也不會用你的商業內容或顧客訊息向任何人投放廣告。
